Filter More with Screeners

As an added way to ensure your testers fit the exact profile of your target demographic, our test builder has the built in option of adding a screener to the beginning of your test. The screener is totally customizable, and allows you to ask participants a very specific question that will either include or exclude them from your study. As an example, suppose you want to perform a test ONLY for participants who rent their apartment or house. You could ask the following question: “Are you a homeowner?” Users who answer yes will be disqualified from your test, while those who answer no will continue on in your study.

After implementing the screener, you can design what page your participants will be directed to depending on what they answer. This is an excellent method of ensuring participants who take your test are truly a part of your key demographic, adding validity and reliability to your UX test results.
